Once you select an artist(s), complete the form (link to form)and share your details. Team Gaanpeon will reach out to you, and once you finalize the date, you can pay 50% as the booking amount and then 50% after the show.

We at Gaanpeon love to fill your lives with music and melody. Any occasion, and we will be your musical partner.

You can pay us by UPI, bank transfer, cash, or online payment.

We follow music anywhere in the world. If you want to book us for outstation shows, there would be charges for travel & accommodation. 

Gaanpeon understands that problems do not come with prior notice, but in the same breath, time is also money!

If you cancel a show 15 days in before the show date, we will refund you the full money, but if the show is canceled with less than five days in hand, the entire money will be forfeited. Between 6-14 days, we will deduct 50% of the advance amount paid.

There is a lot of preparation that goes behind a performance.

If we have to cancel because of the artist’s unavailability, we will either reschedule, suggest an alternative performer, or refund the money.
